Amrita is a development researcher and evaluator with over 18 years of experience in gender, health, education, and livelihoods. She specializes in designing and leading mixed-method research, monitoring and evaluation, and policy analysis, with a focus on addressing inequities and advancing evidence-based advocacy. Her work spans national and regional briefs on child marriage, gender-based violence, and gender transformative education, as well as multi-country studies across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
